Your satisfaction is important to us. Quality and durability is important to us. We carefully inspect each doll before we send it to its forever home. Should there be a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to mend your doll in our care clinic at no cost to you, other than shipping. We will not be able to repair damages due to age or abuse without an additional charge, dependent on the extent of damage. If you should have any problems, please feel free to contact us.
If your doll becomes soiled, please clean with a damp cloth with mild soap. Allow to air dry.
